Continuity (c) evolved from life experience.

First came graduate education in public health administration, then a successful consulting career working with prestigious clients. Somewhere in the midst arrived a marriage and two kids and the endless pursuit of managing the intersection of work and family. 

This pursuit birthed the ideology of Continuity: 

1. Much of societal guilt stems from the myth of work-life balance. It's time to burst the myth. That said...
2. I am not every woman. It is not all in me. And that is okay. 
3. Moms (parents/caregivers) do not need to apologize for having kids. 
4. Opportunities to learn and grow professionally should not be limited by the number of kids who depend on you. 
5. You are the only one who can define the breadth of opportunity and potential in your life.
